I added my WEGO photo that is an administrator's choice to the database using the operators name, rather than the owner, because the English version of the "add vehicle page" specifies Operator.

A comment on the photo says that is wrong. Did I add correctly or should the "add vehicle" page be changed to Owner.

Hmm.... I am not so familiar with Niagara operators and owners but I can say that we understand operator as "transportation company that owns vehicle". "Transportation company" is to avoid in description banks and other strictly financial institutions that can have vehicle. But sometimes it happens that one transportation company rents vehicle from another. In this case we must point to owner of vehicle (in case that is a bank or goverment - it is a first transportation company on chain from the owner).
I hope I cleared something.
