What should I do when there is no manufacturer or model of vehicle which I want to add photo?

You should ask for adding person called "seriator" (person who have letter near the nick or name). If you want to add another manufacturer please write also name of the city where manufacturer main office is located.

I'm a new user and perhaps this question has an answer in this forum, but I wasn't able to find it. I'm trying to grow up your database about italian buses even if it isn't quick to do. I need a new city in order to add an operator, the city of Grugliasco - it's located near Turin in Italy. Unfortunately I didn't find a "seriator" user. How can I insert the city in your database, in order to correctly code the new operator? Or, how can I find a "seriator" user? Thank you

At the bottom of a province with all cities in it is an option "add city".

You can also edit one of these items (except Recycle Bin):
