Lately a friend of mine was accepted into phototrans and I think he could be very useful updating the italian network (unfortunately it's not very up to date
) but he never received the mail with the password to use in order to log-in and he can't even recover it (the "I don't remember the password" buttons don't work, I've even tried for myself)As you can see his profile is created ( https://phototrans.eu/16,3379,0.html ) but he can't have access to it.
I've tried contacting via email the moderators but never got an answer.
What shall I, or better, we
