Can you explain me in englisch pls why these picture are blocked?

For picture 1076267 and 1076270 i uploaded in November a very same angled picture 1059640 that was accepted, so why not those?
Picture 1076279 was just taken a few meters and few seconds before 1076548 (you can see him in the background) that was, you guess right, accepted
And for picture 1076281 i uploaded also a very same picture (1056802) in November.

3 of the 4 picture have very good wather conditions so pls tell me the reason of blocking them

All these photos are blocked because they are very faint. Some were blocked in the waiting room, others moments later. You have written what's wrong under each one.

But I can't understand why they are now blocked and some picture taken in the past, that are with excatly the same point of view of the vehicle or so are now blocked. Where is there a uniform regulation for blocking pictures?

You have written comments about what's wrong. Sometimes a photo will be forfeited because someone will not check it too well.

Can you as moderator pls make clear rules for everyone who looks after the pictures, when it is going to be blocked and when not? I wonder me every time if i upload a picture what is not very much different to someone i uploaded time ago why that is blocked now and why not in the past

And we don't add hundreds of photos from one place. Especially when stationary and from the rear of the car.

We only have that freqently place in Aschaffenburg espacily on saturdays when the regional buslines have service every 2 hours!

And where is the problem? Because I don't understand what justifies it.

That i don't wait on a spot anywere else and wait two hours until the next bus will come only tha you have other spots of pictures
