Why is this photo blocked, when the two rules are respected? The light is more then correct and in front of the the front part of the tram stands nothing. I had an idea of a photo of a busy street with clearly visible tram.
And my comments to the reasons by admin:
Poor crop, poor composition - I didnt want to make a classic photo with a tram in "golden ratio". This is a photo of a street with the tram as a part of it.
vehicle and man at first plot - This is the reality on that street. But in my opinion, the tramcar is still clearly visible and is looking as the main thing on that photo.

For me, crop is too messy. Tram is hidden by BMW, first thing what "captures" eye is unsharp men at left. Maybe if tram was not hidden it would be ok but now It looks horrible.

Hidden is only one tenth of the tram. Tha main part is IMHO very good visible. Its the photo of tram in its "environment".

Ne že bych chtěl být nepřijemný, ale je to spíš fotka toho bavoraka a ne tramvajky
