What is Error 500 General Error? Why when editing some information, for example information about the carrier, comes this error? How to fix this error?

This error happens very often when editing data about the owner of the bus. For example Name * -ИП Мирзамухаметов, Shortcut * -Мирзамухаметов .After sending out error corrections. Why is this happening?

Hmm... i successfully edited vehicle with this data.

It was happening due to wrong configuration - but i have not observed this error for a week.

Looks like the system is still not accepting some of the Cyrillic characters. Attempts to enter Українські лінії in the shortcut field result in an Error. That name includes two characters specific to Ukrainian alphabet (і & ї).
