How to upload photos?

1. Search for vehicle that you want to upload photo (by license plate or number or by operator), if you find vehicle - show its details and find function 'upload photo of vehicle', fill all forms and submit - that's all.

2. If vehicle is not found, search for owner of vehicle and then add vehicle by clicking funtion 'add vehicle'. Fill up form (do not remember to confirm addind operator, number and plate by clicking 'add' button near field). After thisuse the function - upload photo.

3. If operator is not found, find the city of operator and add operator.

4. If city is not found, search for province that city is located then add city.

5. If province is not found, look for country.
finally - country we should find.
Please note that at TWB we use local names for cities, towns and other geographical names. For example don't even try to find Poland, Slovakia, Hungary - use Polska, Slovensko and Magyarorszag instead.

How to upload a photo, when i know the operator and the vehicle type, but i don't know vehicle number/plate?

You should add the photo to the vechicle, that is the most possible to be the right one.
